Having started by means of a combination of bees wax….. and cows (!), Bee Herbal Bee Happy now provides herbal consultations, therapeutic products, both for the skin and body as a whole, and a holistic approach to wellbeing for all.

With a range of healing products available, all harnessed from the power of nature in a sustainable manner, treatment can be tailored to the individual, and adapted over time offering both short term and longer term support.

Skin therapeutics are based on the basic combination of olive oil and beeswax, a wonderfully nourishing natural emulsifier with the addition of other herbs to suit different types of skin and skin problems.

Creams, lotions, oils, infusions, and tinctures, and more are produced as both tonics to protect and strengthen the various bodily systems, as well as therapeutically in individualised treatment plans.

There is a plant out there somewhere for every problem 😊


(Therapy not restricted to humans- with an additional diploma in Herbal Medicine for Animals from the Centre of Excellence , and a background in herbal therapy for Mastitis in dairy cattle , I’m  happy to help both livestock and pets too 💗).

Herbal Medicine

As a qualified herbalist with the Centre of Excellence in both human and animal medicine, as well as a first and masters degree in both animal and human health, I offer a range of therapeutics for both the prevention of illness ( herbal tonics), and treatment of common issues that do not require emergency assistance, and supportive care for those suffering chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetes, and high blood pressure. The treatment approach recommended as well as the chosen herbs are decided through consultation with the client. Herbs may be issued in the following forms: * Natural dried / fresh plant material * Infusions * Tinctures * Decoctions * Syrups * Infused oils Prices vary accordingly, but start at R50, and are negotiable depending on circumstances. Note - I do not charge for initial consultation, I just use this to obtain as much information as possible in order to formulate the correct product and provide treatment dosing regimes.

Consulting & Advice

I offer short 30 minute pre booked sessions for clients looking for advice and recommendations. These sessions provide advice on dietary and lifestyle changes as well as herbal approaches, and are carried out in a holistic manner, taking into account each individual, rather than just symptoms. The client is also advised if they should seek conventional medical assistance where this would be more appropriate, and a range of herbal options can be discussed in order to help where possible. All information is kept strictly confidential, and only discussed between the client and myself.
